Our Story

In the past, I’ve been burnt out, in pain and my mind was falling apart. A big career, two young kids and a hypermobile body meant I was struggling.

Something needed to change. It was Pilates that saved my body and mind. Pilates strengthened me, gave my mind some time to itself and gave me my confidence back. And I want you to experience the same...

…so here is Nimble & Wild.

I’m a mum to two crazy and energetic boys and Team Tricklebank have been my cheerleaders throughout.

Women’s health is my absolute passion. I’m on a mission to inspire fearless movement through Pilates. Because when we are part of a supportive community and feel strong and confident in our bodies, we are unstoppable.

Combining a passion of women’s health from working at health and Femtech start-ups, with movement, we bring you evidence based Pilates, education and inspiration so that you can feel strong and confident in your body again.

And we give a little space and time for your mind to focus on just one thing….moving well.
