Group Pilates Classes by Nimble & Wild
Beginner Pilates
This is a great place to start if you are brand new to Pilates, returning after some time away, injured, pregnant or post natal.
A chance to work through all the fundamentals while we support and encourage you in exploring Pilates movements.
Open Level Pilates
Open Pilates classes are a layered, sequential Pilates session that bends, balances and strengthens your body with options to explore the movement and challenges at your own level.
You will leave this class feeling uplifted, challenged, empowered and like you have worked hard in the BEST possible way.
Power Pilates

A pacey, fun but challenging class, based on the mat using weights, body weight and bands to build strength into our bodies.
We sweat, explore and work to our max with all major muscle groups, with sections working to get our heart rates up.
You'll leave feeling strong, energised and empowered in your body after you've challenged what you thought you could do.
Stretch & Unwind Pilates

We dim the lights and play calming music.
We'll stretch, unfold and flow and use the session as much needed downtime.
We'll move in a delicious and nourishing way so that you leave feeling renewed, energised and with a clearer mind.
