Pilates + Strength Circuits

The strongest and most energised you’ve ever been.

Our Pilates + Strength Circuits offer you a bespoke plan based on your goals and where your body is currently at, with progressions to get you to where you’d like to be.

You’ll be part of a super small group (max 4 people), to keep you accountable and to celebrate the wins along the way.

PILATES + STRENGTH CIRCUITS AT NIMBLE & WILD

Our Pilates + Strength Circuit sessions use a combination of Pilates that you know and love, alongside specific strength based movements.

You’ll use Pilates Reformers, wall ladder and gymnastics rings, mat work and boxes to enable you to be the strongest you’ve ever been.

You’ll be part of a small group of just 4 people who will be your cheerleaders and accountability partners.

We’ll get you started so you see and feel your progress each week

When you join, we’ll meet your body at the level it’s at today so that you don’t need worry about keeping up or being able to do the movements.

We’ll also:

  • build a bespoke plan for you and your goals.

  • progress you each and every week inline with what your body is able to do.

  • encourage and support you so that you’ll be amazed at what you body can do with consistency.

But maybe you don’t know where to start. Or dread walking into the gym. Or you struggle to stay accountable and consistent.

Maybe you’ve somehow arrived at your 40s and beyond. Your body aches from sitting at a desk and/or from perimenopause. Your mind is a whirlwind of all the things you are juggling. 

And you’re tired and out of energy.

Meet your Pilates & Strength Coach, Jenni Tricklebank

As a clinical Pilates Teacher and coach, I am trained in the latest movement science to show you how to be the strongest you’ve ever been. 

I’ll help you to discover what your body can do and how this positively impacts every other area of your life.

I’ll help you to visualize what’s going on inside your body to build strength to future proof our old lady bodies and take care of our bones.  

INVESTMENT IN YOUR BODY AND MIND

What’s the investment to be the strongest you’ve ever been?

It all starts with a 6 week course.

You’ll commit to two Nimble & Wild Pilates session each week. Either, you’ll come to Pilates + Strength circuits twice a week or combine a single session with our online Pilates classes, in-person Pilates classes or private classes.

It’s £195 for each 6 week course (single session per week) that includes a bespoke plan for you, progressions as soon as your body is ready, and a small group to cheer you on. 

You’ll be given priority on the next block when you want to continue.

The calm, bright and fully equipped Nimble & Wild Pilates Studio in Malmesbury

In our beautiful Studio, we use the best equipment that is a joy to use.

During Pilates + Strength Circuits, we use Pilates Reformers, a wall ladder and gymnastics rings, free weights and mats to best support us in getting super strong..

Join us at the Nimble and Wild Pilates Studio in Malmesbury, it’s such a delicious place to hang-out.
