The calm, bright and fully equipped Nimble & Wild Pilates Studio in Malmesbury
In our beautiful Studio we offer a private space for your injury rehabilitation or chronic pain journey.
We use the best equipment that is a joy to use: Pilates Reformers, a wall ladder and gymnastics rings, free weights and mats. All there to help you on your rehabilitation journey and becoming pain free.
Join us at the Nimble and Wild Pilates Studio in Malmesbury, it’s such a delicious place to hang-out.

During your initial consultation, together, we’ll make a plan according to your preferences, needs, expectations and goals so that you are set-up to have the best outcome possible.
Depending on your needs, we’ll prepare a progressive program specific to your starting point and goals.
Also included could be:
a home program along side in-person Pilates
check-ins to see how you’re doing with you at home sessions
small group mat classes and short online mat Pilates classes which could compliment your Clinical Pilates sessions as you progress.

We'll listen to your goals and needs and together, decide the best route forward. We’ll help you find routine and consistency so that you feel the difference in your body and mind.

Investment: £50 for your Introductory Pilates Session
Kind Note: If you are injured, rehabilitating, pregnant or post natal, it is essential you complete an Introductory Session before you join a group session. This is so that together, we can find the best way to help you, find the right session type and adapt movements to help you move well.
