My Midlife Skincare

As I’ve hit midlife and the start of perimenopause, alongside prioritising movement and nutrition, my skincare has become a real focus for me. 

When I feel great in my skin, it makes me feel great through all areas of my life.  So finding Tropic Skincare around 18 months ago from Nimbler Paula, has been a game changer for me.
