If you hate going to a sweaty gym and find personal training well, too personal, the WWC is just the ticket!.
These are super small group sessions where you work through your own strength and mobility plan. You’ll build your strength session on session being cheered on by the little group around you.
You’ll be part of our online group too where you can post, ask questions and I’ll pop things like book and podcast recommendations that come up as we chat through the sessions.
If you want to build strength in a sustained and supported way, WWC has been designed to be exactly this.
Combining Pilates and strength movements, you’ll see the progress on the paper plan in front of you and feel oh so much better, happier, stronger and more energised in your body.
